Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms and a helpful staff. The location was great, giving me easy access to the shopping mall and my work area. On the flip side, I wasn't impressed with the dining options, which were quite limited. Overall, I felt that it offered good value for money, but the dining experience could definitely use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic right in the center of the city and close to many attractions, I found the room I stayed in to be quite uncomfortable as I was in the old section. On the bright side, the service was really friendly and helpful, particularly Joji who went out of his way to make our stay better. Dining could use some improvement, though, as the food options weren't very impressive during my visit.
The hotel had lots of positives, like the spaciousness of the room and the polite service, but it felt a bit dated. The location was excellent for both cycling and shopping, which I really appreciated. On the downside, the dining experience wasn’t quite up to par with what I’ve experienced at other hotels for the same price, and the facility decor reminded me of my grandmother's home from the '80s.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were clean and spacious, making it comfortable for the three of us. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, especially when my flight was delayed. However, I found the dining options lacking, especially for breakfast. The location was decent, close to supermarkets and attractions, but overall, it feels like it could use some updating and improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, primarily because of the spacious and comfortable room that truly meets five-star standards. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist, making our experience even better. The location was perfect for accessing local attractions, but the dining options were a little lacking. Overall, it's definitely a good value for money, especially with the amenities provided.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Salalah Gardens Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring. The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable, particularly with that huge chic bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Egyptian gentleman at the reception. However, the dining options could use improvement as breakfast was a bit limited.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to a mall and other attractions. However, I did encounter some inconsistency in service, as some staff members were helpful while others seemed to be in disagreement. Overall, it's a great value for money considering the amenities and location.
I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, the location was fantastic, just a short distance from Salalah Gardens Mall and other amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering nice city views, despite some ongoing road construction. The staff's friendliness really stood out, especially a gentleman from Egypt at the reception. On the downside, the dining options could use some improvement, as the selection was a bit limited for my taste. Overall, it’s a good value for money with some minor points that need attention.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, but I was placed in the older section, which wasn’t as comfy as I had hoped. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, especially Joji who made sure I got my tea just right. The location was great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, but the dining options were rather limited.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has some great perks, there are definitely areas that need improvement. The hotel is very spacious with a comfortable suite available at a reasonable price, but the decor feels quite outdated. The service was a mixed bag; I found some staff really helpful, while others weren't very supportive. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of attractions and just a short drive from the airport, making it super convenient for exploring the area.
