I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms and a helpful staff. The location was great, giving me easy access to the shopping mall and my work area. On the flip side, I wasn't impressed with the dining options, which were quite limited. Overall, I felt that it offered good value for money, but the dining experience could definitely use improvement.

While the location is fantastic right in the center of the city and close to many attractions, I found the room I stayed in to be quite uncomfortable as I was in the old section. On the bright side, the service was really friendly and helpful, particularly Joji who went out of his way to make our stay better. Dining could use some improvement, though, as the food options weren't very impressive during my visit.

The hotel had lots of positives, like the spaciousness of the room and the polite service, but it felt a bit dated. The location was excellent for both cycling and shopping, which I really appreciated. On the downside, the dining experience wasn’t quite up to par with what I’ve experienced at other hotels for the same price, and the facility decor reminded me of my grandmother's home from the '80s.
